1. He claims; The City and the Mayor specifically flooded our sunnybrook area with the addition of some berm, thats a fantasy. Valley Branch Watershed and their engineering firm did not all miss a single berm since the flooding in the 1970's, 1980' , 2016 or now. Another lie from Larry to make himself a hero. Its a landlacked basin not of the Citys making as we NEVER permitted any homes in the area, the county did. VBWD is purchasing homes as it is the most cost effecttive way to solve the roblem, sad but true. Under the governing law in the situation we did what we could which was maintain access to our residents homes amd we did that well and affordably using your tax dollars and special roads funding.
Larry was the boy with his finger in the dike, to believe his stories you then must believe the VBWD is buying millions of dollars in homes becasue larry failed or his whole story is a lie to begin with; your choice..
2. Larry claims he HAS NEVER advocated for City Water, thats a lie. Below is the document he supplied to the Met Council proposing bringing in two 16" pressurized lines from the east up the gateway and shutting down agricultual and golf course wells while chargng them for water, another of his "Big Plans" that everyone laughed at but it does tell us what he'll try in the future. He and his friends have land to develop.
3. Larry denies he is thrown out of the Capital building, but wont deny being tossed out by Sheriffs deputies from mahtomedis city chambers or his frequent habit of swearing at staff and other Council members when they don't do what he orders ok..
