1. Trying to get out of a debt.

It's all about the money. $66,513.33 to be exact.
Larry Lanoux was ordered by Washington County Judge Pietan to pay that to the City and the LOMC (joint and severally). This award was a punishment for malicious and frivolous lawsuits in which taxpayers paid to defend the City.

If Lanoux becomes Mayor, we hear he won't certify the debt to his property taxes for payment, the current Mayor will do so in February as it's YOUR money, Larry Lanoux owe's you Money and your current mayor will collect it. It was laid out at the forum, Larry has filed 6 different lawsuits against the City and he lost everyone one of them, now its time to pay up.

2012 - Larry Lanoux impersonates a Grant Council Person then bad mouths his own clerk, "ranting & raving". Its really creepy right? Why would this LOMC employee lie; she doesn't! She is being truthful, we have the St. Paul City attorney's charging letter as well. Still, not as creepy as the next one, read on..

Shocking behaviour
Who says something like this in Public to Attorneys? It shows juvenile level bad judgement. Totally and completely untrue, another lie, once the lawyers got involved Lanoux was made to apologize to the clerk. City got sued too. He is lucky an insulted Husband or Wife didn't make it more personal. Character Matters!
3. Larry actually wants pressurized water in Grant, right through the center, he put it in writing.

Larry is the ONLY Council member to ever suggest bringing in pressurized water.
Larry LIED last night at the mayor forum saying he never wanted pressurized water in. He Not only wanted it brung in but then charging for it? Another BIG (goofy) PLAN from Larry. He proposes shutting down Golf course and Agricultural wells in addition to charging them, one step from charging you! It fits HIS plan to develop Grant (two 16" water lines") with his large landowner friends. He lied and here is the proof!

Laryy runs away after trespassing mutiple times
Larry gets caught and then runs over to his "very" special friends Lorens house, who then pulls a gun on the trespassed party. Poor guy probably tired of these two on his property. If larry doesn't like you he'll do the same to you. Keep your eyes open.

Larry applies for Met Council
& days after being seated on his $2,00 per year City Council seat Larry applies for the 85K Met council seat. He likes to be a hero resisting the Met Council but would love to bring in City water it's in his writing cannot be denyed, just another Lanuox lie..
